Dr. Roger R. Dmochowski is Professor at the Department of Urology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He is Director of the Section of Female Pelvic Medicine and program director of the Fellowship in Pelvic Medicine at Vanderbilt. He is also Clinical Assistant Professor in Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He is also Vice Chair, Section of Surgical Sciences Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Associate Director of Quality and Safety, Vanderbilt Health System, Executive Director of Risk Prevention for Vanderbilt Health System, Executive Medical Director for Patient Safety and Quality (Surgery),Associate Chief of Staff, and Medical Director of Risk Management at Vanderbilt University Hospital. Dr. Dmochowski received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed an internship and residency in surgery and urology at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and at the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute in Texas. In addition, Dr. Dmochowski is subspecialty fellowship trained in female urology, neurourology, urodynamics and reconstructive urology. He is board certified in urology and female pelvic medicine and reconstruction. He received a Masters in Medical Management from Owen School of Business at Vanderbilt in 2014. Dr. Dmochowski has published more than 300 articles and 100 book chapters, and 440 abstracts, and has given over 260 presentations at various national and international meetings. Dr. Dmochowski is on the editorial board for the World Journal of Urology, and he is a reviewer for the Journal of Urology, and Urology. He is the Editor in Chief of Neurourology and Urodynamics. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Urological Association and International Continence Society. He is a trustee of the American Board of Urology. Dr. Dmochowski has been granted the Zimskind and Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Urodynamics Society for his accomplishment in clinical treatment for incontinence. His current research interests are outcomes of incontinence therapies with a particular emphasis on quality of life issues patient literacy and informed consent related to pelvic floor interventions. He also is active in bio materials evaluation.

Bio
Dr. Lysanne Campeau completed her medical studies in 2005 and her urology residency in 2010 at McGill University. She then went on to pursue her clinical and research interest in voiding dysfunction at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine in North Carolina, where she obtained a PhD in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology in 2013. She completed her clinical training at New York University in an accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Her areas of specialization include neurogenic voiding disorders and incontinence, as well as pelvic reconstruction.
Dr. Campeau was recruited back as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at McGill University in 2013, where she joined the Jewish General Hospital Department of Urology for her research interest and expertise. She has been awarded the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Detweiler Travelling Fellowship, the American Urological Association Foundation Research Scholar Fellowship, theQuebec Urological Association Training Scholarship, the Canadian Urological Association Scholarship Foundation Salary Award and the Quebec Diabetes Start-up Research Fund. Most recently, she was awarded the Fonds de recherche Santé Québec Clinical Research Scholar Junior 1 Award which facilitates her research activities at the Lady Davis Institute. Dr. Campeau is actively involved in several research societies including the International Continence Society and the International Consultation on Incontinence Research Society.

Diagnose and treat patients with urorectal fistulae following the treatment of prostate cancer by surgery or radiotherapy
Identify urosymphyseal fistulae, as a special variety of fistula following the treatment of prostate cancer by radiotherapy (with or without surgery), and know how to manage it

Professor Mundy is Professor of Urology/Medical Director/consultant urological surgeon at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He trained in surgery/urology at Guy’s Hospital, London and became a consultant urologist in 1981. He was made Professor of Urology in 1989 and moved to the Institute of Urology/UCLH in 1995. His main surgical practice is reconstructive urology, principally for the management of urethral stricture disease, iatrogenic trauma and complex urinary incontinence. Other than complex urethral surgery he deals with the posterior urethral complications of the treatment of prostate/other pelvic cancers. He has given a number of prestigious orations; has been a visiting professor 61 times; has written 205 original publications in peer-reviewed journals, 65 chapters and 15 books; has given 806 presentations to learned societies; and travels abroad widely to operate – 158 occasions in the last 20 years. He is or has been a member or honorary member of a number of national and international societies and committees.
